Perhaps a tad more sinister

This morning, NPR did a little feature on Belle and Sebastian (who I saw at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Tuesday, which was pretty great). They were discussing the religious themes in Stuart Murdoch's lyrics and he explained how he goes to church and how its important to him so it's going to come up in his songs. And I kind of realized that the album "If You're Feeling Sinister" has probably brought me more comfort and joy than my decades at church. That thought bummed me out.
