More Vic Chesnutt appreciation. I wish I didn't have to use these like...home-made youtube videos, but the guy a) never made a "proper" video, b) all his live videos are pretty low-res/cameraphone-y, and c) he died last Christmas so there won't be any more chances for better footage. Bummer.

Anyway, this one's off his "North Star Deserter" album, out on Constellation. It marks the first of two albums where he used A Silver Mt. Zion as his backing band, which accounts for the melancholic campire singalong vibe. Elsewhere on the album, ASMZ gets into their "love at the end of the world" explosions, as well. All flavors of ASMZ are present.
